I've never homeschooled. What do I need to provide to show my child's work/progress?
Under Florida's Home Education Program, parents are responsible for maintaining educational records for their homeschool student. To support our families, Limitless Academy maintains these records on behalf of enrolled students and provides documentation as needed to assist families in meeting Florida's home education requirements. Parents remain ultimately responsible for complying with all applicable state homeschooling laws.
For each enrolled student, Limitless Academy maintains:
An individualized learning plan.
Attendance records.
A portfolio of educational records documenting instruction and academic progress.
Samples of the student's work completed throughout the school year.
Academic assessments and progress reports.
Report cards and teacher evaluations.
Documentation of curriculum and instructional materials used.
Records of parent-teacher conferences and educational planning meetings, when applicable.
These records are maintained in accordance with Florida home education requirements and are available to parents upon request.

If you decide to return your child to public school, you should:
Contact your local public school to begin the enrollment process.
Notify your school district that you are terminating your Home Education Program by submitting a Notice of Termination.
Notify Limitless Academy of your child's withdrawal and requested last day of attendance.
To assist with the transition, Limitless Academy can provide copies of your child's educational records, including:

Please note that the final determination of grade placement, course credit, and academic placement is made by the receiving public school district in accordance with its policies and Florida law. Families are encouraged to keep copies of all educational records to facilitate the enrollment process.
We are committed to making your child's transition as smooth as possible and will work with your family to provide any available educational documentation needed for enrollment.
My child needs behavioral support in the classroom. Is this provided?
